Each year students from across campus get the chance to show the Cornell and Ithaca community the technology projects they have been working on all year -- and receive monetary prizes for their work!
In 2018 BOOM celebrated its 20th anniversary. Organized and hosted by Computing and Information Science and the College of Engineering, BOOM is also made possible by extensive corporate support. Students projects are featured from many disciplines, including games, robotics, autonomous vehicles, mobile phone apps, and more.
BOOM is free and open to the public. Middle school students and their teachers are particularly encouraged to attend. We hope to see you there.
