Your group will submit a document detailing your development timeline. Each major step in this timeline is a milestone. Create a milestone document describing each of these milestones thoroughly, including the following details:

• Milestone description
• Milestone deadline
• Specific tasks to be accomplished
• Each member's contribution to the milestone

The description of tasks and member contributions should be very detailed (likely several paragraphs).

You should include at a minimum the following milestones (you may include more if you like):

• Concept Document Created
• 1st Prototype Complete
• Milestone Document and Functional Specification Complete
• 2nd Prototype Complete
• Alpha Complete (code complete)
• Game Treatment/Website Complete
• Beta Complete (feature complete)
• Game Script Complete
• Release

For each of the prototypes, alpha, beta, and release, you should describe exactly what that version of your game includes. Note that you will be detailing milestones that have already passed; this is for completeness. 

After turning this assignment in, you will have an opportunity to review it with our technical writing consultant, and revise the document.
