We would like you to submit a "group charter". This is a short, informal document that details the following:

- Group members, and responsibilities of each member. You must designate one member to be the "Project Leader". This person will be our main contact point for communicating with the group, will have responsibility for the progress of the project over the semester, and will generally be in charge of the project and have final say in design and development decisions.

- A one hour time period each week during which the group commits to meet (outside of class). Undoubtedly you will actually have to meet more often than this, but we would like to be aware of at least one consistent hour where you'll be meeting. In part, this is because on occasion we'll come to these meetings, or we'll have you use that meeting time to talk with our Writing Consultant about improving your design documents. You do not need to specify where this meeting will be.

- A brief description of the project  you intend to work on. This can be very general, and even vague, as at this point we expect it to be somewhat tentative. For Assignment 4 you will submit a more polished Concept Document.
